Terms of Use

These terms cover the Master Craft Employee Experience System (ESS) and the enquiry forms Master Craft operates on Facebook and Instagram. By using ESS, or by sending us an enquiry through one of those forms, you agree to what follows.

What this service is

ESS is an internal business system for Master Craft employees. It also receives enquiries from people who submit one of our advertising lead forms, so that our sales team can respond to them. It is not a public marketplace, and it does not sell anything directly.

Who may use ESS

• ESS accounts are issued by Master Craft to its own staff and authorised contractors.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your password.
• Access is granted by permission and is checked on the server. Attempting to reach data you have not been granted is a misuse of the system, whether or not it succeeds.
• We may suspend an account that is being misused, or when someone leaves.

If you sent us an enquiry

You do not need an account, and these terms do not require anything of you beyond honesty: please give us contact details that are actually yours. Submitting someone else's details, or automated or fake submissions, wastes a real person's time and we will delete such records.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract to sell you anything. Prices, availability and plot or unit details are indicative until confirmed in a signed agreement.

Contacting you

If you send us an enquiry, you are asking us to get in touch about it, and we will - by telephone, message or email. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will, by writing to support@mastercraftorg.com.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious files, or content you have no right to share.
• Do not use the service to send unsolicited marketing to the people whose records it holds.
• Do not extract data in bulk except through the export features provided, and only where you have been granted them.

Our relationship with Meta

We use Meta's advertising and lead-generation products to receive enquiries. Meta is not a party to these terms and does not endorse Master Craft. Your use of Facebook or Instagram is governed by Meta's own terms, not ours. Where we send advertising outcome information back to Meta, we do so as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep ESS available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We deploy changes, take backups and occasionally take the service down to do so.

Intellectual property

ESS, its design and its content belong to Master Craft. Business records you create while using ESS in the course of your work belong to Master Craft. Nothing here transfers ownership of your own personal information to us - that is dealt with in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Master Craft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of ESS. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and continued use after that means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
